Client: Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell, Idaho
Prime: FuntoNetwork Corporation
Relationship: Specialist subcontracting partner
Define and operate a credible boutique-hotel concept, including brand/management structure, guest experience, pre-opening, staffing, systems, and stabilized operations.
Responsibilities
- Confirm managed or franchised operating structure
- Concur with the concept, site plan, program, economics, and operating assumptions
- Develop pre-opening, staffing, training, systems, launch, and stabilization plans
- Coordinate brand standards with the architect, contractor, capital team, and prime
Required qualifications and commitment evidence
- Documented boutique, lifestyle, or comparable hotel operating experience
- Authority to do business and required licenses/registrations
- Comparable project sheets and reference contacts
- Signed integrity disclosure and letter of intent/commitment

- 2.1 — Market and feasibility assessment (13 points)
