The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Private Sector Partnerships Coordinator for upcoming business-services opportunity: Support to Business Support Organizations and SMEs.

Coordinate stakeholders, partners, buyer communications, events, reporting inputs, and implementation follow-up.

Core Responsibilities

Role coverage: Coordinate stakeholders, partners, buyer communications, events, reporting inputs, and implementation follow-up.
WBS 1 — Map stakeholders, needs, decision points, and engagement priorities.
WBS 2 — Coordinate the assigned advisory, partnership, or capacity-building activities.
WBS 3 — Document actions, outcomes, risks, and follow-up commitments for reporting.
Review the opportunity scope, source posting, deadline, addenda, and client requirements that affect the assigned role.
Confirm inputs, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and supporting documents before beginning assigned work.
Support quality review, evidence tracking, and readiness for proposal submission or delivery after award.

What You Bring

Relevant experience for this business-services or consulting role.
Strong written communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work against source-portal deadlines and donor, NGO, government, or public-sector requirements.
Experience supporting West Africa, international development, public-sector, enterprise, NGO, SME, training, staffing, or advisory projects is preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records

Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.

Approved payments for this project opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.

The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
