Role Scope

Coordinate a complete, traceable response to the NYC ground-scanning RFI and keep technical claims aligned with source requirements.

The RFI concerns a secure 3D data-sharing platform for built and natural underground assets, including water and sewer pipes, gas lines, electrical conduits, fiber-optic cables, and soil composition. Responses must address feasible sensing, data-integration, accuracy, security, and operating approaches without presenting the notice as an awarded implementation contract.
