Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple concurrent technology projects for our diverse client portfolio. You will serve as the central point of coordination between client stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and internal leadership. This role demands a unique blend of traditional project management discipline, technical understanding, and exceptional client relationship skills. You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring that every project delivers measurable business value. Success in this role means satisfied clients, profitable engagements, and repeat business.

- Role coverage: Provide the role-specific coverage required for 🟢 Green — IT Project Manager role.
- Tooling: Use role-appropriate tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Teams or Zoom, SharePoint, CRM or workflow trackers, and issue-management tools.
- Decompose the project scope: Convert approved scope into work packages, deliverables, milestones, owners, dependencies, and acceptance gates.
- Build and maintain the schedule: Sequence activities, resources, reviews, decisions, testing, launch, and closeout milestones.
- Establish governance: Define decision rights, meeting cadence, status reporting, approvals, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage RAID and actions: Track risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, mitigations, owners, and due dates.
- Control scope and changes: Assess change requests for delivery, cost, schedule, resource, risk, and acceptance impact.
- Lead readiness and closeout: Coordinate acceptance evidence, transition, lessons learned, unresolved items, and formal closure.
- Review project scope and source materials: Review the opportunity scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadlines, addenda, and client requirements that affect the assigned role.
- Confirm role requirements and dependencies: Identify required inputs, assumptions, constraints, interfaces, decisions, acceptance criteria, and dependencies before beginning assigned work.
- Coordinate project delivery: Work with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to align responsibilities, handoffs, schedules, escalations, and client-facing outputs.
- Prepare assigned deliverables: Produce complete role-specific analysis, documentation, recommendations, configurations, estimates, or technical materials required for the engagement.
- Communicate with stakeholders: Provide clear updates, raise risks and questions promptly, document decisions, and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Support quality and readiness: Participate in reviews, resolve comments, maintain status information, and confirm assigned work is accurate, traceable, and ready for delivery.
