The Opportunity: A Dual-Role Specialist

We are seeking a unique consultant who lives at the intersection of Cloud Infrastructure/Development and Security Implementation. In this role, you will:

Core Responsibilities

• Role coverage: Provide the role-specific coverage required for 🟢 Green — Cloud & Security Implementation Consultant.
• Tooling: Use role-appropriate tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets, Teams or Zoom, SharePoint, and role-appropriate reporting or workflow tools.
• Assess implementation readiness: Confirm stakeholders, workflows, data, integrations, environments, policies, adoption risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Build the implementation roadmap: Sequence discovery, configuration, migration, testing, training, launch, stabilization, and handover.
• Configure target workflows: Translate approved requirements, roles, approvals, controls, exceptions, and reporting needs into the solution.
• Coordinate data and integration readiness: Validate source data, identity, interfaces, security, environments, reconciliation, and cutover dependencies.
• Lead pilot and user acceptance: Prepare scenarios, execute the pilot, track defects, resolve gaps, and secure stakeholder approval.
• Manage launch and transition: Coordinate cutover, communications, support, issue triage, adoption monitoring, documentation, and operational handoff.
• Review project scope and source materials: Review the opportunity scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadlines, addenda, and client requirements that affect the assigned role.
• Confirm role requirements and dependencies: Identify required inputs, assumptions, constraints, interfaces, decisions, acceptance criteria, and dependencies before beginning assigned work.
• Coordinate project delivery: Work with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to align responsibilities, handoffs, schedules, escalations, and client-facing outputs.
• Prepare assigned deliverables: Produce complete role-specific analysis, documentation, recommendations, configurations, estimates, or technical materials required for the engagement.
• Communicate with stakeholders: Provide clear updates, raise risks and questions promptly, document decisions, and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Support quality and readiness: Participate in reviews, resolve comments, maintain status information, and confirm assigned work is accurate, traceable, and ready for delivery.
